OpenAI Frontier targets enterprise agent onboarding and execution through a sales-led offering. Microsoft Agent 365 emphasizes agent inventory, identity, access, and lifecycle governance. Neither is my first candidate for a lightweight self-hosted fleet pilot.

Enterprise alternatives address related but different needs

OpenAI Frontier presents shared business context, agent execution, evaluation, identity, and permissions as one enterprise offering. Its current product page routes users through sales and a deployment program. I would assess it for an organization seeking vendor-assisted implementation rather than assume it is a downloadable fleet manager.

Microsoft Agent 365 describes a registry of agents, IT-controlled onboarding, access templates, activity visibility, and lifecycle controls such as expiration and blocking. This is relevant when the missing layer is organizational governance, especially around an existing Microsoft environment. It is not evidence of a general task-dispatching manager for the Operator's fleet.
