The commercial layer is real but component-specific: NVIDIA lists enterprise support for DOCA, and Dell offers an AI Factory integration path. Neither establishes a single purchasable Open Agent Safety Platform bundle or one support contract covering every component.

Commercial offerings surround the reference architecture

NVIDIA's DOCA page explicitly lists NVIDIA AI Enterprise as the production-support route for BlueField deployments. This is evidence of a commercial software-support offering around a platform component, not evidence that OpenShell or Sentry automatically receive the same support entitlement.

Dell describes incorporating OpenShell and the Sentry reference design into Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA. Its September 28 article directs customers to their account team for configuration-specific deployment guidance. Some server configurations are described as being engineered, so the announcement is not an inventory or delivery-date guarantee.

BlueField itself has a hardware product portfolio and purchasing channels. Hardware acquisition, software entitlements, deployment services, and support should therefore be treated as distinct procurement questions.

The reviewed platform pages do not establish a unified subscription price, service-level agreement, or self-service managed fleet service. The OpenShell Apache-2.0 license must not be assumed to cover Sentry or the complete DOCA stack; DOCA documents its own EULA and component licenses. A separate Sentry license and independently reproducible installation path remain unverified in this review, not proven absent.
