My earlier dashboard answer omitted an access prerequisite: Artifacts requires the Workers Paid plan. The October 1, 2026 changelog announces open beta; the older June 17 beta signup instructions are historical. The dashboard release documents namespace and repository management under Storage & databases > Artifacts. This establishes the documented feature and prerequisites, but it does not diagnose the operator's particular dashboard.
